I liked Mila's book, "My Stepdad The Professor," but I hate this one.
I get that both Craig and Camilla are still terribly effected by their parents' death, but there is acting out of grief and then there is acting like spoiled brat juveniles. These two are the latter. There is nothing endearing about them at all.
Ms. Loveline tries to make a silk purse out of a pig. In other words, terrible acting horrible characters and tries making them endearing. Both indulge in potentially death dealing acts because they're grieving yet neither ever seek counselling or go into rehab. No, they write it off as their way of dealing with their parent's death (which happened two years ago).
It was riddled with disgusting, unintelligent language and stupid people.
I didn't like the story right off the bat, but I kept reading hoping that my opinion would change, it didn't.
I also think that selling chunks of a story that in all honesty could fit into a single book, is really cheap and low down.
Write a real story with actual likeable (aka not sluts or girls who are supposedly adults but act like bratty children) characters, with intelligent dialogue (not using curse or crass language for every other word).
This is a big FAT ZERO for me!

A good story but unfortunately it is a series

I read all four books in an afternoon. I hate series but if reading these all together, it was a great story. It took a little bit to warm to Camilla though. I thought her a self-centered brat in the beginning. After awhile I warmed up to her. She was twenty-one in the story but my middle-aged self realized that she was emotionally stuck at eighteen (her age when her Mom and Step-father died.) I could see her grow up the longer she was with Craig. The only draw back again was it being a series instead of the book. I mean with life and reading other books, I would have forgotten all that with on in the prior releases or forgotten to purchase any future releases. I don't understand the meaning behind a series. Is it money? I mean the reader will either purchase the entire story for more dollars up front or forget to purchase a new release. It doesn't make sense to me.

Love love love this story

Love love love this story, I read all 4 books in the series! I could not put them down! I love the way the story had the natural flow of a love that the world thinks of as taboo. I love the way they bonded together against all odd!!!! Great Author to add to my must read Authors!!!!!
